Build & Sell
This family found us on social media, and we were thrilled to assist them in selecting the right new construction community for their new home. Since our compensation as Realtor’s is built into the base price of new construction homes (not something the builder will negotiate on or go below), their best interests were protected throughout the process.
We were able to help them orchestrate their move and listing their home upon their new homes’s completion, and negotiated free possession of their current home after closing so they could take their time moving in to the new home! Despite a cooling market at the time, our seller was able to net am additional $8,000 over the asking price.
Buy & Flip
There is a reason homes listed “For Sale By Owner” are a great deal for investors. We helped this seller purchase the home, off the market, under market value at $215,800 in May of 2021. This was when sales at the time were typically selling well over the asking price. We then helped her resell that same property (after minimal improvements) for $270,000 15 months later.
